Ada Lovelace
Ada Lovelace was born on December 10, 1815 in London, England. She was a mathematician and writer and is widely regarded as the first computer programmer. She worked with Charles Babbage to write algorithms for his proposed analytical engine. She was the daughter of the famous english poet Lord Byron. Ada was one of the first to recognize the applications of the computer for complex algorithms and computation.
